Something weird was given to Nathan: a cookie. He was totally unsure what to do with it, playing and turning it over in his hands at first for quite some time. He then managed convince his brain to try and get it to his mouth. What a discovery! Finally something edible was given into his hands. Much better than those plastic toys or toy bears:
